Bowfishing 12" Catfish in Cape Coral Canal (4/5/15)

I shot this very large Catfish in a North West Cape Coral Florida Canal around 6PM. We threw chum in to lure the fish and then bread to bring them closer to the top. This was shot on Easter Sunday (4/5/15)

When shot, the arrow went completely through the Catfish and because of their very hard heads, it was almost impossible to get the arrow out traditionally, Therefore I had to remove the arrow from the safety slide and remove it that way.

I shot it with my Cajun Sucker Punch bow that has been modified with an AMS Retriever Pro Reel.
