Hunting for Trash... The Bowfishing Way...

Written By Angelo Bodetti on Friday, April 24, 2015 | Friday, April 24, 2015

Shooting floating litter in a Cape Coral Canal with a Bowfishing bow.

I've been traveling and haven't posted in about a week so when I got home, the first thing I did was run to the back with my bow and camera.

Unfortunately for me there were no fish other than the ones I feed in "The Long Con" (which I don't shoot at), but there was a floating sandwich bag pretty far away. I decided I could tighten up my aim and help the environment at the same time...

Turns out, I'm a decent shot... This trash was shot with my Cajun Sucker Punch that I modified with an AMS Retriever pro and the video was shot with a GoPro Hero 3 attached to a stabilizer.

Now that I'm home you should see some more posts coming soon. As far as The Long Con is concerned, it's business as usual. I walk up, the fish go crazy and then I feed them. Every day I do notice that there are more and more fish and I notice that they stick around longer scouring for scraps.
